It is important to note recent federal claims involving Dr. Rajesh Bindal, 53, regarding alleged improper practices related to electro-acupuncture devices. According to authorities, a fine of $2,095,946 was issued based on claims that surgeries to implant these devices were not performed as described. Instead, it is stated that the devices were reportedly taped behind patients’ ears, with some patients noting that the adhesive did not hold securely. WHO DOES THIS

Beware of this fraudulent practice. The feds say Dr. Rajesh Bindal, 53, was slapped with a $2,095,946 fine for falsely claiming he did surgeries to implant electro-acupuncture devices. According to the feds, Bindal and his staff never performed the surgeries and instead taped the devices behind patients' ears. Most patients claimed the adhesive came loose and the device fell off within a few days.

At first loved dr bindal i had a large 8mm herniated disc L5 S1 surgery went great exactly a year later it came back in same spot. He did another surgery and i suffered nerve damage he kept telling me it’s temporary. It’s been since 2020. He doesn’t want anything to do with you after surgery ur on ur own go find someone else. Now 2023 i have a herniated disc in exact same spot i will not let him touch me again. The nerve pain i deal with on a daily basis is horrible. He had an assistant Jessica and idk if she did the surgery and he watched or what but he blamed my nerves are conjoined and there was not enough room to work around them. He ruined my life I’m only 51 and feel 80

I was referred to this office by one of my co-workers, he said they were very thorough, so I decided to make an appointment. When I called Jackie gave me an appointment for Jan. 21. After a few hours I got a call back stating they do not take my insurance. I thought this was very odd because my co-worker and I have the same insurance. So I called my insurance company and explained the situation. My insurance company confirmed they are in NETWORK so they called and once again Jackie told them they are not in network. My insurance company explained they are and finally she said ok. But after she admitted they were in NETWORK she advised us that they were NOT TAKING NEW PATIENTS. This was two days after they had given me appointment for Jan. 21. Very rude and unprofessional. Please find another doctor. Even if the doctor is great, his staff is a reflection of him. If I could give 0 STARS I would.

Office staff was cordial at first but it didnt take long for thier true colors too shine. Very rude, caddy and totally unwilling to be of help. Got the run around. Horrible experience that cost me money, time and unnecessary prolonged pain.

Bindal (I prefer not to use Dr)changed our lives for the worse forever, Truly wish we had never heard of him Or trusted his skills as a surgeon . He did a botched surgery on my husbands C5 and C6 disc replacement. Check in and out the same day. Was blasé about the surgery and over confifdent. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My husband landed up in the ER for 9 days post surgery with no end of non stop issues that are continuing after 2 years.(He couldn’t care less once the surgery was done ) We have visited 8 of Houston’s top Neurologists and Neurosurgeons for his severe complications.(Unfortunately it was too late as I should have done my research PRE surgery) They ALL stated the disc was larger than required . Instead of a disc replacement a fusion should have been done . He should have gone through a sizing process which he did not do . I do not mind that he is bombastic and over confident “ if “ his work was stellar . WORST experience ever. Wish we had NEVER let him operate on my husband . As a family we live with this ill health and daily excruciating pain every single day .

Dr Bindal himself is a good doctor, however, this office has an issue with the appointment. If you have an appointment, expect like 3 hours long because nothing is moving around here. My wife had her neck surgery on May, she still in a lot of pain and couldn't do full time on her job, especially her job requires standing and physical work. So we asked if the office can help us fill out the form from Texas HHS so she can apply for a short term benefit. This is also time sensitive ( meaning I have to return to them on time ) I explained to them, the nurse Jessica called me back saying they never fill anything like this before. I explained to her that we need short term disability, and we need her to fill that out. She said will check back with me but never did ,I had to call her back and she said that my wife needs to be seen before she can fill the form( one week late on the due date) . I had to call 211 for 2 hours wait to see if they can give her some extension. Now we are at the office, arrived like 1 hour before and still waiting. I told the front desk that we have a funeral visit but still waiting..so dr Bindal if you see this, please fix the issue. I don't know what it is but we all have things to do and that what appointment for .I don’t want to be mean but this is ridiculous because they would let you wait and don't even want to let you know why.. maybe this is my last time to this office
